Lexington Hotel Group enters the Lexington, Kentucky market with the acquisition of the Homewood Suites by Hilton at the Fayette mall.
Brandicorp and Lexington Hotel Group are under contract to purchase the former Pig & Whistle property at 2680 Madison Road from Capital Investment Group Inc. Brandicorp and Lexington plan to develop a seven-story, 100-room Hampton Inn & Suites.

Phase 1a of the project to be developed by Terrex LLC will cost $185 million and consist of a hotel, two office buildings and a large, public parking garage. The 150+/- room hotel will be a Homewood Suites by Hiltonwill be developed and operated by a partnership of Lexington Hotel Group and Brandicorp.
The Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown, developed by a partnership of Brandicorp, Neyer Properties, and Lexington Hotel Group, opened its doors to guests this month. The 120 room hotel will be managed by Lexington Hotel Management, an affiliate of Lexington Hotel Group.
Residence Inn by Marriott, a 118-room hotel in Norwood, opened for business on Sept. 29. Developed by Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate Inc., Brandicorp and Lexington Hotel Group, the hotel is expected to build on the success of the existing Courtyard by Marriott hotel at the property by catering to long-term business travelers.
